Galaxy Leathers focuses on global distribution, utilizing major carriers to ensure saddles and heavy gear arrive safely. As an Indian exporter, your focus is on secure transit and transparent customs handling.

  • Origin & Dispatch: All orders are handcrafted and dispatched from our manufacturing unit in Kanpur, India.
  • Carrier Partners: They primarily ship using DHL Express, FedEx, and other specialized international shippers to handle large items like saddles.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days. For custom-made products / items not currently in stock, the lead time can extend to 10–15 days.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number is provided via email so you can monitor the shipment through the DHL or carrier portal.
  • Export Documentation: We handle all Indian export documentation (IEC, Shipping Bills). However, the Recipient (Buyer) is responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees applicable in their destination country.
  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by their home country.

The brand offers a standard window for returns, provided the gear has not been “broken in” or used on a horse.

  • Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible, items must be in original, unused condition.
    • Note: Saddles should not show any signs of cinch marks, stirrup leather wear, or sweat. It is recommended to test the fit of a saddle using a clean sheet or towel over the horse’s back.
  • International Returns: Due to the high cost of export shipping and Indian re-import regulations, returns from overseas must be authorized via email first.
  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is majorly defective or the wrong product was sent, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Given the weight of saddles, using a tracked service (like DHL) is highly recommended.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in original export packaging, unused, and with all tags attached.
  • Refund Process: Once the item is received and inspected, a refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
