2. Product Authenticity & Handcrafted Nature

  • Artisanal Variation: Our products are handcrafted in Kanpur, India. Because leather is a natural material, slight variations in color, texture, and grain are not considered defects but markers of authenticity.
  • Accuracy: We strive to display product colors accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be perfectly accurate.

3. International Orders & Customs

  • Export Origin: All goods are shipped from our facility in Uttar Pradesh, India.
  • Import Liabilities: The buyer is the “Importer of Record.” You are responsible for all Import Duties, VAT, GST, and Customs Clearance Fees imposed by your country.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If a buyer refuses a shipment due to import fees, the return shipping costs and any government penalties will be deducted from the refund.

4. Custom Orders

  • Measurements: For custom-sized show jackets or bespoke saddles, the buyer is responsible for providing accurate measurements.
  • Final Sale: Custom-made items are Non-Refundable and cannot be cancelled once production has started, unless there is a clear manufacturing error.

5. Shipping & Force Majeure

  • Carrier: We primarily use DHL Express for international transit.
  • Delays: While we aim for delivery within 5–9 business days, Galaxy Leathers Equestrian is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier strikes, or natural disasters (Force Majeure).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, product designs (Saddles/Apparel), and photography, is the property of Galaxy Leathers Equestrian and is protected by international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Galaxy Leathers Equestrian shall not be liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of our equipment. Equestrian sports are inherently risky; it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure all tack is fitted correctly and maintained before use.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
